Astral bodywork. It is channelled in the light of the Archangels and Ascended Masters through colour and sound frequencies.
The objective of this 2 hour workshop is to feel safe to expand and
strengthen our intuition, therefore learning to trust and feel the wisdom and joy within ourselves.
These workshops will include personal/group practical exercises and tools to connect with our enlightened selves.
The session will end with Toning and Meditation.

UNDERSTANDING SELF MASTERY WITH TONING GROUPS
Feel free to bring along your favourite crystals, a yoga mat, pillow and friend.
Water, herbal tea, nuts and flowers provided. The toning sessions are part of an ongoing quest in self mastery to increase our intuition, clarity of inner vision & confidence: Emotional growth.
It is channelled in the light of the Archangels and Ascended Masters through colour and sound frequencies. We concentrate on our breathing, chanting and the use of music and Native American musical tools.
The objective of these one and a half sessions is to feel safe to expand & strengthen our intuition, therefore learning to trust and feel the wisdom and joy within ourselves.
The sessions include - Forums, personal/group practical exercises & tools to connect with our enlightened selves.
This year we will continue with guest speakers & teachers.
